Our Return/Refund policy as of 5/8/2013: Because orders are custom made, there will be no refunds, exchanges only.
All tuxedo vests & tie exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item for exchange, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the SIZE NEEDED and the DATE of EVENT (if any).
We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns or refund boxer purchases because they are considered "underwear."

Orders will be shipped via USPS. Garments are made by our designers when the order is placed, which takes 5 business days, plus shipping time. Large and custom orders may take longer. Please note that priority mail does not rush the order.

When an order is shipped and the credit/debit card transaction is returned failed or declined, reprocessing will done until payment is received. The customer will be notified when the card fails/declines.
