Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

You may return an unworn item (except boxers and custom orders) for refund or replacement at the discretion of The Matched Pair within 30 days of the shipment date. A 15% restocking fee may be charged.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable. In the event of a free shipping sale, The Matched Pair is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns or refund boxer purchases because they are considered "underwear."

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 5 days for orders to be filled. Large and custom orders may take longer.

Failed/Declined Credit/Debit Card Transactions
When an order is shipped and the credit/debit card transaction is returned failed or declined, reprocessing will done until payment is received.  The customer will be notified when the card fails/declines.
